Every Roof Maxx treatment we apply comes with a 5-year transferable warranty that protects your investment and extends your roof’s life. 

What’s Covered

• Flexibility Guarantee: Roof Maxx guarantees that treated asphalt shingles will remain flexible and in serviceable condition for five years from the date of treatment
• Prorated Re-Treatment: If treated shingles lose their proper operating flexibility based on the Standardized Flexibility Test, we’ll retreat the affected area(s) on a prorated basis over the 60-month warranty period
• Transferable Protection: The warranty remains valid even if your manufacturer’s warranty becomes void due to time or transfer restrictions
• Property Protection: Flexible shingles better withstand high winds, rain, snow, and hail, protecting your home against Lake Erie’s challenging weather

Important Notes

• This warranty covers flexibility restoration, not granule loss, leaks, or faulty installation of the existing roof
• Acts of God (wind, ice/snow, hail) should be covered under your property owner’s insurance policy
